Job summary

EIR Business Talent in Dublin 8 is seeking a Helpdesk Engineer for a day-rate contract, onsite in Dublin. The role requires strong Office 365 support, Level-1 Helpdesk experience, and hands-on AD administration.

You will log and monitor calls in a helpdesk system, assist local desktop users with software, network, and printing issues, and communicate solutions to the team. Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Office 365 support and administration experience.
• At least 4 years’ experience in a Level-1 Helpdesk role.
• Experience with Active Directory tasks (user creation, password resets, account removals).
• Experience logging, monitoring, and resolving helpdesk tickets.
• Experience with local desktop troubleshooting (software, network, printing).

Helpdesk Engineer, this is a day rate contract located in Dublin 8. This role is fully onsite.

Requirements:

• Office 365 support and administration experience.
• At least 4 years’ experience working in a Level-1 Helpdesk Role.
• Previous experience working with Active Directory creating users, doing password resets, account removals/transfers and similar issues.
• Previous experience in working with a Helpdesk system in logging and monitoring calls, following up, escalating, closing issues and in recording and communicating solutions to issues to the rest of the team.
• Previous experience in dealing with local Desktop Support issues where a user has difficulty with local software, network connectivity, printing, PC performance
