Qualifications

• 3+ years of extensive fund accounting experience, with supervision of teams considered a plus.
• University degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics preferred (or overseas equivalent).
• Experience with general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; advanced Excel functions desirable.
• Geneva experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review reconciliation and calculation of periodic NAVs (daily/weekly/monthly) for various funds, including portfolios, dividends, and investor capital activity.
• Coordinate with investment managers and investors regarding account operations.
• Oversee outsourced offices and ensure timely and accurate NAV calculation and client reporting.
• Liaise frequently with Investment Managers, Auditors, Brokers, Custodians, and Investors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and MIS reporting deadlines are met; maintain internal controls.
• Supervise, train, and recruit accounting staff; ensure proper delegation of work across the team.
