Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Hedge Fund Accounting Specialist to maintain client relationships, coordinate workload and ensure controls compliance across hedge funds. You should have hands-on fund accounting experience and a proven track record in audit or administration roles, with familiarity of Geneva beneficial.

Responsibilities include NAV calculation review, investor communications, oversight of reporting, and collaboration with auditors, managers, and custodians to deliver accurate statements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in fund accounting or similar finance role.
• Experience supervising a team is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review reconciliation and NAV calculations for daily/weekly/monthly intervals.
• Communicate with investment managers and investors regarding account operations.
• Update accounting and client relationship management systems and assist external auditors.
• Oversee outsourced offices and NAV calculation, ensuring timely reporting.
• Liaise frequently with investment managers, auditors, brokers, custodians, and investors.
