Job summary

Teleperformance in Dublin city centre is seeking a Multi Channel- Quality Expert Reviewer (Hebrew speaker) for a full-time, permanent role. The position is office-based with 40 hours per week, shifts from 7am to 10pm, and 4 weeks of on-site training.

Qualifications

• Must have evidence of content moderation experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to work onsite in Dublin city centre.

Responsibilities

• Support quality review of client workflows including content moderation, ID review and escalations.
• Review and moderate content across topics such as violence, hate speech, nudity, privacy violations and fraud.
• Assist GRO focus areas like HERO (viral content) and DOI (Dangerous Organization).
