Teleperformance in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Turkish-speaking Multi Channel Quality Expert Reviewer to support the quality review of client workflows. The role requires proven content moderation experience and is fully office-based with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must evidence previous Content Moderator experience.
• Onsite Dublin city centre role with full-time hours.
• Turkish language proficiency required for review tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support quality review of client workflows including content moderation.
• Review workflows such as HERO (viral content) and DOI (Dangerous Organization).
• Handle escalations and assist in policy decisions with cultural context.
