Salesforce is hiring an Account Executive for the Israel SMB market, based in Dublin with relocation support. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for the Israel market, balancing new business with expansion in existing accounts and selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce in an AI-driven era.

You will engage C-level stakeholders with a consultative approach, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and be fluent in Hebrew and English.

Qualifications

• Proven success in technology solution-based direct sales with quota responsibility.
• Ability to plan territories and accounts to meet sales objectives.
• Ability to uncover current processes, challenges and goals from customers.
• Demonstrated value-based solutioning and compelling value propositions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to close deals.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales for the Israel market within the Israel ESMB team.
• Lead opportunities from lead generation to closing and beyond.
• Drive new business while expanding within existing accounts.
• Consult with customers to map business needs to Salesforce AI and Data solutions.
• Collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales and Marketing to optimize the sales funnel.
