Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Advertisers Support Representative to assist SMBs using the client’s digital advertising services. You will respond in Hebrew and English, providing pre-sales and post-sales support across chat, email and phone from Lisbon on-site.

The role offers a 1-year fixed-term contract with potential conversion, a training period, relocation assistance, and a monthly gross package including base salary plus bonuses and allowances. 22 days of annual leave are included.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew (C1).
• Good command of English.
• Empathetic and helpful approach.
• Strong team-player attitude and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SMBs with enquiries related to digital advertising products, tools and campaigns.
• Provide customer support in Hebrew and English via chat, email and phone.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
• Follow up on email enquiries through outbound calls to resolve issues promptly.
