Job summary

Brooks Timber & Building Supplies Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Heating & Plumbing Supervisor for the Kildare branch. You will lead the heating and plumbing sales team, ensure excellent customer service and supervise daily operations in line with company standards.

You will respond to customer enquiries, maintain records, coordinate with suppliers, support external sales reps with quotes and orders, and build lasting customer and supplier relationships while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of heating and plumbing products.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and an accounts computerised system would be advantageous.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills.
• Experience of meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and ensure follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions and other relevant activities.
• Maintain effective communications with suppliers regarding sourcing and delivery of products.
• Support and liaise with External Sales Representatives to ensure quotes and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain successful customer relationships with a focus on long-term loyalty.
• Build and maintain successful supplier relationships.
