Chadwick's Group, part of the Grafton Group, is seeking a Plumbing Sales Supervisor for the Sallynoggin branch in Co. Dublin. You will lead the plumbing operation, drive product sales, and service our customer base while ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role requires substantial plumbing experience, commercial awareness, and a focus on safety and service. The successful candidate will work a full-time 39-hour week with potential Saturday roster involvement.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in plumbing and heating industry.
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen.
• Proven ability to reach and exceed sales targets.
• Health and safety compliance experience.
• People management experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Plumbing department, buying / stock levels / margins.
• Achieve sales and margin targets.
• Health & Safety awareness — adhere to company regulations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure staff are trained to deal with customers.
• Oversee stock checks and re-orders for selected lines.
• Contribute to development and implementation of branch strategy.
• Maintain optimum stock levels for key product lines.
• Keep a tidy working environment per health & safety guidelines.
• Safeguard company assets against theft.
• Support branch management and team to operate efficiently.
