• Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Plumbing and Heating department, buying / stock levels / margins.
• Achieve sales and margin targets.
• Health & Safety awareness and compliance with company regulations.
• Develop Plumbing and Heating department and build customer relationships.
• Maintain high customer service standards and staff training.
• Be responsible for equipment and stock checks; support strategic plans.
