Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of heating and plumbing products is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong planning and organizational skills necessary.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Heating and Plumbing Sales team.
• Ensure customer enquiries are processed and followed up efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage product sourcing and deliveries.
• Work closely with External Sales Representatives.
• Foster long-term customer loyalty through relationship building.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
