Sedgwick in Dublin is seeking a Health Insurance Trainer to design and deliver training across products, systems and customer service. The role focuses on developing a high-performing, customer-centric team and ensuring training materials meet quality standards.

The position involves close collaboration with Operations Management, delivering programmes for new and existing colleagues, and supporting continuous improvement in service delivery and business objectives.

Qualifications

• APA qualification with commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Experience delivering training, coaching or mentoring programmes within customer service, sales, claims or similar environments.
• Ability to effectively demonstrate concepts, engage learners and support colleagues in developing new skills and knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
• Experience in healthcare knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and maintaining training records.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programmes for products, systems, processes and customer service skills.
• Deliver training to new and existing colleagues, maintain training documents and monitor development.
• Create and maintain interactive training materials and ensure quality/ISO standards compliance.
• Own training administration, compliance documentation and supervision processes.
