Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is recruiting a Full Time Customer Service Agent to join our Stratus House Blanchardstown team. You will handle queries from home care patients and healthcare staff, coordinate with internal and external contacts, and process orders for our field staff, supporting delivery of high-quality homecare services across Ireland.

The role operates 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturday work; prior healthcare or relevant industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience at department level (sales assistant or admin).
• Experience in healthcare or relevant industry preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries from home care patients and healthcare staff in a dynamic environment.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues.
• Process orders and tasks for field staff onto our bespoke database.
• Ensure service levels and targets are met or exceeded.
• Perform other ad-hoc office administration duties as required.
