Job summary

RESILIENCE HEALTHCARE LIMITED is inviting applications for a Healthcare Assistant across our Community division in Ireland. The role covers 40 hours per week, with full-time permanent employment, based in multiple locations including Tralee.

You will deliver client care, support plans, MDT liaison, and mentoring for new staff, while complying with company policies. A QQI Level 5 or equivalent is required, along with empathy, flexibility and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Must have FETAC/QQI level 5 or equivalent in Social Care/healthcare assistant.
• Willing to complete Patient Manual Handling course if not already completed.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong empathy, flexibility and team-oriented work ethic.
• Experience with adults/children with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities is advantageous.
• Full Driving Licence desirable.

Responsibilities

Job Description

You will be a healthcare assistant working across our Social Care division.

What Will Your Responsibilities Be?

• The delivery of client care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of Support Plans;

What is Required?

• FETAC/QQI level 5/Social Care/healthcare assistant qualification or equivalent
• Completed or be willing to complete a Patient Manual Handling course
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• A strong sense of empathy, flexibility and a team-oriented work ethic
• Previous experience working with adults/children with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities would be an advantage
• A Full Drivers Licence is desirable

Salary is €33,530 to €36,004
