RESILIENCE HEALTHCARE LIMITED is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide professional, high-quality, person-centred care to people with additional needs across our Ireland locations. You will work as part of a team, following individualized Support Plans and collaborating with MDTs to meet each service user’s needs, while upholding our values of Best Quality, Individuality and Empowerment.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary of €33,530–€36,004, and eligibility to work in

Qualifications

• FETAC/QQI level 5 or equivalent in Social Care/healthcare assistant required
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Willingness to complete a Patient Manual Handling course if needed

Responsabilités

• Delivery of client care needs and development, implementation and evaluation of Support Plans
• Ensure service practices comply with policies and maintain high standards
• Liaise with MDTs when required and provide team support
• Mentor new staff and foster a positive learning environment
• Participate in risk assessments and report concerns
• Support continuous quality improvement

Job Description

Hours: Full time permanent 40 hours

Salary range from €33530 to €36004 however this may be increased based on Qualifications and Experience

You will provide a professional, high quality and safe service as a healthcare assistant to people with additional needs - working as part of a team and in consultation with each service user. You will make sure all of the client's needs are met in a completely individual way, and as an ambassador of Resilience's values, you will represent Best Quality - providing best-in-class care always. Responsibilities

• The delivery of client care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of Support Plans
• Ensure that practices within the service comply with Resilience's policies and procedures, to maintain the highest standards
• Liaise with Multi-Disciplinary Teams ('MDTs') when required
• Provide support to colleagues within the team setting
• Act as a mentor for new staff and foster a positive learning environment
• Participate in the development and review of risk assessments and report concerns

Requirements

• FETAC/QQI level 5/Social Care/healthcare assistant qualification or equivalent
• Completed or be willing to complete a Patient Manual Handling course
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• A strong sense of empathy, flexibility and a team-oriented work ethic
• Previous experience working with adults/children with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities would be an advantage
• A Full Drivers Licence is desirable
