Job summary

CareChoice Nursing Home Group is recruiting full-time Healthcare Assistants for our nursing homes across Dublin and surrounding areas. Join a team delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

You will work with our nursing staff to maintain dignity, assist with personal care, nutrition, mobility, and end-of-life support, plus participate in in-house training and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience of 1 year.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare and QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support are required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the nursing staff in providing high-quality holistic care to our residents.
• Ensuring residents hygiene/personal care needs are maintained with dignity at all times.
• Assisting residents with eating and drinking in line with their nutrition needs.
• Assisting residents with mobilising as appropriate and using correct aids.
• Escorting or transferring residents as directed by the Nursing staff.
• Assisting in End-of-Life Care.
• Any other duties deemed necessary by nurse and management.

Responsibilities and Duties
