CareChoice Nursing Home Group in County Cork is recruiting full-time Healthcare Assistants to join our in-person teams across multiple locations including Brookfield Care Centre, Macroom, Montenotte, Clonakilty, Ballynoe, Beaumont Residential Care and Dungarvan. You will support nursing staff, assist with personal care and meals, aid mobility and end-of-life care while upholding residents' dignity.

We offer 39-hour weeks, premiums, induction and extensive training, free parking and wellbeing

Formación

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare is preferred/required for role.
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Driving Licence preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality holistic care to residents.
• Maintain residents' hygiene and personal care with dignity.
• Assist residents with eating and drinking per nutritional needs.
• Assist residents with mobility using appropriate aids.
• Escort or transfer residents as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist in End-of-Life Care.
• Perform additional duties as needed by nurses and management.

• Brookfield Care Centre (Leamlara- Co Cork)
• CareChoice Macroom (Macroom - Co Cork)
• CareChoice Montenotte (Montenotte - Co Cork)
• CareChoice Clonakilty (Clonakilty - Co Cork)
• CareChoice Ballynoe (Whites Cross - Co Cork)
• Beaumont Residential Care (Beaumont - Co Cork)
• CareChoice Dungarvan (Dungarvan - Co Waterford)

Responsibilities And Duties

• Supporting the nursing staff in providing high-quality holistic care to our residents.
• Ensuring residents hygiene/personal care needs are maintained to the highest standards while maintaining the resident's dignity at all times.
• Assisting residents with eating and drinking in line with their nutrition needs.
• Assisting residents with mobilising as appropriate and using correct aids.
• Escorting or/and transfer residents as directed by the Nursing staff.
• Assisting in End-of-Life Care.
• Any other duties deemed necessary by nurse and management.
