Job summary

Noel Group is recruiting dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our relief staff working in the public healthcare sector in the Carlow area. HSE collaboration, supportive team, and ongoing training are provided.

Starting at €18.01 per hour with premium shift allowance, multiple shift options based on availability and location, and access to mandatory training.

Qualifications

• QQI/FETAC Level 5 qualification in a Healthcare discipline.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Patient Moving & Handling.
• Visa or GNIB (if applicable).
• International Police Clearance (if lived abroad 6+ months).

Responsibilities

• To carry out assigned responsibilities involving direct care and all activities of daily living.
• To maintain standards of personal hygiene, dietary intake, physical and mental health.
• To ensure that care is carried out in an empathetic manner and that dignity is respected.
• To assist with patients mobility, using appropriate moving equipment when needed.
• To maintain the confidentiality of all information made available.

Noel Group is proud to announce our appointment as a Tier 2 supplier to the HSE, supporting healthcare facilities across Ireland. We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our growing team of relief staff working in the public healthcare sector in the Carllow area.
