Job summary

Anonymous is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for full-time and part-time opportunities in elderly care facilities in Carlow. You will assist with personal care, daily activities, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients with dignity and wellbeing.

Flexibility to cover day, evening, night shifts, weekends and public holidays is required. Garda vetting and GDPR-compliant data handling are part of the process, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support (all 8 modules) or equivalent recognised qualification
• Minimum 150 hours' relevant healthcare/care experience
• Current Manual Handling, Health & Safety, Food Safety/HACCP and CPI/PMAV training, where applicable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays
• Required Garda vetting/background checks
• International Police Clearance may be required where applicable

Healthcare Assistant Carlow

Our client is recruiting qualified Healthcare Assistants for full-time and part-time opportunities within elderly services healthcare facilities in Carlow.

You will support patients and service users with personal care and daily activities while working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The role requires a professional, compassionate and person-centred approach.
