Job summary

Noel Group is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join our relief staff in Co. Donegal, supporting public healthcare across Ireland. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for career growth within a Tier1 HSE supplier network.

Starting pay is €18.01 per hour with premium shift allowances; a variety of shift options is available based on your availability and location. Ongoing support and access to mandatory training are provided.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Experience with patient mobility and safe handling is preferred.
• Visa/GNIB status may be required depending on applicant locale.
• International Police Clearance may be needed if lived abroad 6+ months.

Responsibilities

• Carry out direct care and activities of daily living.
• Maintain standards of personal hygiene and dietary intake.
• Provide care with empathy and preserve patient dignity.
• Assist with patient mobility using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
