Job summary

Anonymous is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for full-time and part-time roles in elderly services facilities in Sligo. You will support patients with personal care and daily activities as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The role requires a professional, compassionate and person-centred approach, with flexibility for days, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays. Garda vetting/background checks are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support (all 8 modules) or equivalent.
• Minimum 150 hours' relevant healthcare/care experience.
• Current Manual Handling, Health & Safety, Food Safety/HACCP and CPI/PMAV training, where applicable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Required Garda vetting/background checks; International Police Clearance may be required.
