Job summary

Anonymous is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for full-time and part-time roles in elderly care services and healthcare facilities in Wexford. You will support patients with personal care and daily activities as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The role requires a compassionate, professional and person-centred approach. You will follow care plans, assist with meals, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and participate in mandatory training.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support (all 8 modules) or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Minimum 150 hours' relevant healthcare/care experience
• Current Manual Handling, Health & Safety, Food Safety/HACCP and CPI/PMAV training, where applicable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays
• Required Garda vetting/background checks
• International Police Clearance may be required where applicable
