Job summary

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification required.
• Minimum 6 months' experience with adults with challenging behaviours.
• Experience in intellectual disability, social care, healthcare or residential care settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient and person-centred approach.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Current legal entitlement to work in Ireland.

As a Relief Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

This is a varied role that may involve working across different shifts and services depending on operational requirements.
