Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety on a landmark DataCentre project in the Netherlands. The role offers a lucrative salary package with living abroad allowances, flights, accommodation, and a company vehicle.

You will operate within a multinational main contractor and report to senior HSQE leadership. The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification, have at least 3 years of H&S experience (data centre experience preferred), and drive safety compliance

• Hold a relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' Health & Safety experience.
• Datacentre experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general advice and direction on all aspects of health and safety to all stakeholders.
• Deliver induction training for health and safety.
• Achieve compliance with HSQE policies, procedures and systems.
• Assist in spreading method statements, safety plans and toolbox talks.
• Compile the Safety File and prepare the Client for delivery.
• Promote the company's objectives for a safe and incident-free workplace.
• Review corrective measures after incidents, inspections and audits.
• Conduct routine site audits and inspections and report results to senior management.
• Continually communicate with senior management.

SSA are recruiting a Health & Safety Manager on behalf of a multinational Main Contractor to be based on a Landmark Datacentre project within the Netherlands. This is a permanent position within the company.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to

• Deliver to all stakeholders general advice and direction on all aspects of health and safety.
