Job summary

SSA Group is recruiting a Health & Safety Officer for a landmark Datacentre project with a multinational Main Contractor based in Germany. This permanent role offers exposure to a high-profile project and a clear path for professional growth.

You will deliver general health and safety advice, run induction training, and ensure compliance with HSQE policies. The package includes a generous salary, living abroad allowance, flights, accommodation and vehicle support.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant qualification in health and safety.
• Minimum 1 year of Health & Safety experience.
• Datacentre experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general advice and direction on all aspects of health and safety to all stakeholders.
• Deliver induction training for health and safety.
• Achieve compliance with HSQE policies, procedures, and systems.
• Assist in spreading the word about method statements, safety plans, and toolbox talks
• Compile the entire Safety File and prepare the Client for delivery.
• Promote the company's objectives for a safe and incident-free workplace
• Review corrective measures taken in response to incidents, inspections, and audits
• Conduct routine site audits and inspections, and report results to senior management.
• Continually communicate with senior management

SSA are recruiting a Health & Safety Officer on behalf of a multinational Main Contractor to be based on a Landmark Datacentre project within Germany. This is a permanent position within the company.

About the role:

• Operate as a Health & Safety Advisor working on a landmark Datacentre project

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;
