Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Head of Foundation in Ireland to lead Web3 ecosystem strategy and growth. You will engage investors, projects, and enterprises, shaping long-term direction and representing the organization at major events.

You will build strategic alliances, manage cross-functional teams, and advocate for the ecosystem while traveling to conferences and partner meetings as needed. This is a crypto-native leadership role.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Web3, blockchain, or related tech ecosystems.
• Strong public profile with credibility at major conferences and events.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior executives and investors.
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term ecosystem growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of the Web3, blockchain, and crypto landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development initiatives to expand the ecosystem and drive long-term growth.
• Define and execute the Foundation and ecosystem strategy with the Board and leadership.
• Develop high-value relationships with Web3 projects, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Represent the organization publicly at conferences, panels, and industry events.
• Build strategic alliances with Web2 enterprises exploring blockchain.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and ecosystem teams.
