Qualifications

• 15+ years in Transfer Agency or Fund Administration.
• Proven senior operations leadership.
• Experience interfacing with clients, service providers, and regulators.
• Strong ability to manage risk and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own Ireland TA strategy design and execution.
• Ensure day-to-day service delivery and client experience.
• Govern TA risk and regulatory compliance.
• Lead TA teams in Dublin and Kilkenny and develop talent.
• Drive technology strategy and TA transformations.
• Partner with Sales, Relationship & Product teams to support client management.
• Develop leaders and succession plans.
