Job summary

State Street is seeking a Head of Transfer Agency (PCF 33) for Ireland, overseeing TA operations in Dublin and Kilkenny. The role requires leadership of strategy, risk management and regulatory compliance within a global services context.

You will partner with Sales, Relationship & Product teams to support client delivery and business growth, while developing leaders and driving TA transformation across Ireland.

Qualifications

• 15+ years working experience in Transfer Agency and/or Fund Administration.
• Proven leadership of large operations teams.
• Deep understanding of TA activities and related regulations.
• Experience interfacing with clients, providers and regulators.
• Strong focus on talent management and technology optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of the Ireland TA strategy.
• Ensure day-to-day TA service delivery and client experience with risk oversight.
• Govern TA risk profile and regulatory compliance across Ireland.
• Lead and develop TA teams in Dublin and Kilkenny; drive engagement and retention.
• Drive technology strategy and TA transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationships & Product to support client delivery and growth.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation solutions.
• Develop leaders and sustainable succession plans.
