State Street in Kilkenny, Ireland, is seeking a Depositary Oversight Officer reporting to the Depositary Vice President. This Permanent role offers exposure to all areas of Depositary activities and a chance to contribute to policy and procedures in a changing regulatory environment.

You will lead an investment monitoring team across fund types, review prospectuses and financial statements, and respond to client queries while ensuring timely completion of tasks and breaches are addressed

Qualifications

Experience with structured products including derivatives.
Strong IT skills and familiarity with monitoring systems.
Understanding of funds regulation and investment objectives.

Responsabilités

Managing an investment monitoring team to ensure compliance with investment restrictions.
Ensure timely completion of tasks by team members.
Review and comment on draft prospectuses and financial statements.
Appraise performance of team members.
Devise work programs and schedules.
Select potential team members.
Ensure breaches are rectified promptly.
Respond to client queries.
Test compliance monitoring systems and reporting.
Attend board meetings.
Create and update Depositary policies and procedures.
