Job summary

- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading large multi-team operations and KPIs.

- Lead nationwide Service and Delivery teams to achieve objectives.
- Drive service excellence, productivity and profitability.
- Ensure planning and deployment of operational resources.
- Own key operational KPIs and drive improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance.
