Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Head of Service & Delivery in Ballymount, Co. Dublin to lead nationwide field operations, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery for installation, repair, sanitization and bottled water delivery.

You will manage a team of operational managers and drive customer satisfaction, performance metrics and continuous improvement across Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain, aligning with business targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale service, logistics, distribution or field operations.
• Proven ability to deliver operational excellence through multiple management levels.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, budgets and improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience leading change and continuous improvement programmes.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
