Job summary

Culligan Water Ireland is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Claregalway to lead a team of 10-15 field engineers across service and installation. The role focuses on scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring SLA adherence in residential water treatment services.

You will act as the liaison between field teams and internal departments, track service issues, and ensure materials and documentation are ready for each job, while upholding SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of field engineers or technicians.
• Strong scheduling and coordination abilities in a field service setting.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 field engineers across service and installation functions.
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly engineer schedules to meet customer demand and SLA commitments.
• Ensure effective allocation of work based on geography, skills, and customer priority.
• Monitor field team attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Act as the central point of contact between the field team and internal departments.
• Track and elevate service issues or delays to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure field engineers have materials, tools, and documentation for each job.
• Monitor and report on SLA compliance, installation timelines, and service call resolution.
• Implement SOPs and coordinate with Training & Quality to onboard and upskill engineers.
