Job summary

dnata in Dublin invites a senior Retail leader to drive a sustainable, profitable Retail function across the Ireland network. You will lead Buying, Category Management, Marketing, Merchandising and Sales Engagement teams to achieve commercial KPIs and superior customer outcomes.

You will own the EI retail contract and major customer relationships, hold P&L accountability, and steer budgets, forecasts and business plans while aligning technology platforms to strategic targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in retail or commercial leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Proven experience in key account management, ideally in airline/aviation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-focus; strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, pricing and contracts.
• Good understanding of SLAs, contractual obligations and commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused leader who can guide cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Buying, Category Management, Marketing, Merchandising and Sales Engagement teams across the dnata Ireland network.
• Own the EI retail contract and key customer relationships end-to-end; senior escalation point.
• H0ld full P&L accountability; drive revenue growth, margin, cost control, and targets.
• Lead contract governance, compliance, risk management and SLA/KPI performance.
• Own annual budgets, forecasts and business plans; monitor performance and take corrective action.
• Drive retail, buying, category, merchandising, marketing and sales strategies to maximise revenue.
