Techrete is seeking a Head of Projects Ireland to lead and develop our project management team across the regional precast concrete programmes. Based at Balbriggan, you will oversee delivery, safety, and client satisfaction, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Reporting to the Operations & Projects Director, you will mentor managers, coordinate design, production, and site installation, and foster a collaborative, process-driven culture in a fast-paced

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field (desirable).
• Valid safety credentials (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH) or equivalent senior site safety qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Programme Delivery: oversee on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Commercial Health: manage budgets and variations with transparency.
• Team Growth & Alignment: mentor reports and track progress.
