Job summary

Top Tier Resourcing is seeking an experienced Project Manager for precast concrete projects in County Cavan, Ireland. This permanent role offers a competitive salary plus a company van and a fuel card, with a 3 days in office / 2 days on site pattern.

You will lead delivery from design through to production, dispatch and installation, coordinating with design teams, production, transport and site personnel across Ireland.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in precast concrete, construction, engineering or structural projects?

Our client is a well-established precast concrete manufacturer delivering high-quality structural solutions across Ireland. With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from design and planning through to production, delivery and installation.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a portfolio of precast concrete projects, working closely with clients, design teams, production, transport and site teams.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing projects from initial award through to completion and handover
• Coordinating design, detailing, production, delivery and installation
• Managing project programmes, budgets and resources
• Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project progress and resolving issues as they arise
• Coordinating with the factory and site teams to ensure projects remain on programme
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information
• Managing variations, commercial considerations and project documentation
• Ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, programme and safety standards
• Providing regular project updates to senior management

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercially aware and organised Project Manager who understands the challenges of delivering precast concrete or structural construction projects.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Project Engineer or similar
• Experience within precast concrete, concrete structures, construction or structural engineering
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and project teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A full driving licence

A degree or relevant qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline would be advantageous.
