Job summary

Top Tier Resourcing is seeking an experienced Project Manager for precast concrete projects in County Cavan, Ireland. This permanent role offers a competitive salary plus a company van and a fuel card, with a 3 days in office / 2 days on site pattern.

You will lead delivery from design through to production, dispatch and installation, coordinating with design teams, production, transport and site personnel across Ireland.

Qualifications

Experience delivering precast concrete or structural construction projects.
Commercial awareness in project delivery and client relations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience coordinating with design, production, logistics and site teams.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from award to completion and handover.
Coordinate design, detailing, production, delivery and installation.
Manage project programmes, budgets and resources.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep programmes on track.
Coordinate with factory and site teams to maintain schedule.
Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
Manage variations and project documentation.
