Techrete in Balbriggan seeks an Integrated Planning Specialist to drive a standard planning framework across the business. You will set templates, data standards, and train site, production and design teams to manage their schedules, ensuring timely information flow to production facilities.

This role offers a clear path to senior planning positions, with responsibility for cross-functional reviews and optimising mould order and utilisation. Travel to Ireland/UK sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a planning or project controls role coordinating across teams.
• Experience developing planning standards or templates and training others.
• Advanced planning tools knowledge and data reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own standard programme templates and naming conventions.
• Design procedures to apply the planning standard consistently.
• Train site, production and design teams on the planning standard.
• Lead cross-functional planning reviews and report capacity challenges.
