• Leadership experience in product management within technical/industrial or consumer products.
• Track record in portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities including pricing and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute international product portfolio strategy with segmentation and portfolio optimisation.
• Own the product roadmap and establish stage-gate processes for new product development.
• Drive pricing strategy, competitive positioning, cost optimisation and margin improvement.
• Prioritise development pipeline from market insight to launch and lifecycle management.
• Establish governance and ways of working across international markets.
• Build and develop the product management function with cross-functional teams.
