Solutions Limited in Dublin – Hybrid is seeking a Head of Procurement to shape strategy, lead the Purchasing & Supply Chain team and drive operational excellence across a growing manufacturing business.

You will own demand planning, forecasting and S&OP, build strategic supplier relationships, optimise inventory and working capital, and partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain Management role.
• Experience with demand planning, forecasting and S&OP.
• ERP and demand planning system experience.
• Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.

Are you looking for an opportunity to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across a growing manufacturing business?

As part of the Operations leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing purchasing strategy, strengthening supplier relationships and optimising inventory, forecasting and supply chain performance to support continued business growth.

In this role, you will take ownership of purchasing, demand planning and supply chain operations, working closely with Sales, Operations and Finance to improve forecasting accuracy, enhance S&OP processes and deliver measurable commercial value. You’ll have the autonomy to implement improvements, influence business decisions and lead strategic initiatives across the organisation.
