Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions in Dublin is seeking a Head of Procurement to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across manufacturing operations.

You will own purchasing, demand planning and supply chain operations, collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to improve forecasting, implement S&OP improvements and deliver measurable commercial value.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain Management role.
• Experience with demand planning, forecasting and S&OP.
• ERP and demand planning system experience.

Are you looking for an opportunity to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across a growing manufacturing business?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established market leader that continues to invest in its people, technology and supply chain capabilities. As part of the Operations leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing purchasing strategy, strengthening supplier relationships and optimising inventory, forecasting and supply chain performance to support continued business growth.

In this role, you will take ownership of purchasing, demand planning and supply chain operations, working closely with Sales, Operations and Finance to improve forecasting accuracy, enhance S&OP processes and deliver measurable commercial value. You'll have the autonomy to implement improvements, influence business decisions and lead strategic initiatives across the organisation.
