Qualifications

• Experience in precast concrete or construction industries.
• Proven ability to lead a production or operational division.
• Strong understanding of precast manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day operation and performance of the precast division.
• Oversee all precast concrete production activities.
• Oversee the design and detailing process from project award to manufacture.
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and compliance.
• Lead health and safety across the precast operation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
