Job summary

Shay Murtagh Precast Ltd is seeking a Construction Project Manager with an engineering/construction background and at least five years’ site and project-management experience. You will lead complex precast and civil projects, from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring safety, programme, and commercial targets are met.

Qualifications

• Engineering or construction background.
• Minimum of five years’ relevant experience on site.
• Proven project-management capability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of allocated projects from mobilization to close-out.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across design to handover.
• Coordinate with commercial, design, production and safety teams.
• Lead site readiness, logistics, and critical lifts with clear priorities.
• Manage risks, changes and client communications to protect milestones.
