The position focuses on designing realistic HR tasks and evaluating candidates using structured rubrics across payroll, workforce planning, policies, and employee lifecycle management.

You will source and organize reference materials, ensure clear instructions, and maintain consistent assessment standards.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on payroll, workforce planning, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience developing or evaluating structured HR procedures, policies, or training assessments.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2; C1 preferred).
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Independent working style with reliability and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic HR tasks including payroll operations, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Establish objective evaluation criteria and measurable rubrics for consistent assessments.
• Assess professional judgment by requiring analysis and interpretation of HR information.
• Prepare supporting documentation from policies, payroll reports, and employment agreements.
• Ensure task quality and clarity, flagging ambiguous or incomplete assignments.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver approved assignments on time.
