Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a General Services Manager in Dublin, Ireland to lead soft services across a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role focuses on quality, health & safety, GMP, cleaning, hygiene and compliance, with responsibility for a large onsite workforce and client relationships.

The position oversees food service operations and ensures food safety and HACCP standards are met, while driving continuous improvement and cost control in a high-stakes setting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large teams (200+ employees).
• Experience in GMP/pharma or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, cleaning standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning, hygiene and wider soft services operations across the site.
• Drive a strong Quality, Health & Safety and GMP culture, ensuring services meet required standards.
• Ensure full GMP, HACCP, Health & Safety compliance and audit readiness.
• Oversee budgets, labour and consumables with responsibility for P&L and cost control.
