Job summary

Freenow in Dublin is seeking a Head of Operations on a fixed-term contract to lead local strategy and drive performance. You will own KPI delivery, steer the Marketplace Performance team, and collaborate with regulators, suppliers and driver groups to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role requires a decade of experience, including 5+ years leading teams, strong project management, and a data-driven approach with AI-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience, with at least 5 in leading successful teams.
• Strong project management skills and delivery of complex initiatives.
• Analytical operator focused on continuous improvement and leveraging AI for ops.
• Understanding of technology-driven marketplaces and scaling challenges.
• Extensive network in the Irish market segments is preferred.

Responsibilities
