Job summary

Nostra, a leading MSP in Ireland, is seeking a strategic leader to shape and grow its Modern Workplace and AI practice from Dublin HQ. You will mentor a team of consultants, define service offerings, and drive adoption of Microsoft 365, AI, and collaboration solutions across senior-level engagements.

The role demands deep expertise in Microsoft 365, executive-level communication, and a track record of delivering transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace consulting or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing Microsoft 365 transformation projects.
• Previous experience building, managing, or leading technical consulting teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting sales and business development activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• Experience delivering workshops and executive presentations.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and customer engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow Nostra's Modern Workplace & AI team.
• Define the strategic direction, service offerings, and growth plans for the practice.
• Build a high-performing team capable of delivering world-class collaboration and AI solutions.
• Establish delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the division.
• Lead the development of Nostra's AI strategy both internally and externally.
• Design and deliver AI adoption programmes for customers.
• Help organisations identify practical business use cases for Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies.
• Develop AI governance, security, compliance, and adoption frameworks.
• Stay ahead of emerging Microsoft AI capabilities and translate them into business opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders.
• Lead discovery workshops, strategy engagements, and solution design sessions.
• Translate business challenges into practical Microsoft-based solutions.
• Provide executive-level guidance around digital workplace transformation.
• Support key customer relationships and strategic account growth.
• Represent Nostra at customer events, webinars, conferences, and industry forums.
• Deliver engaging presentations to technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, thought leadership content, and industry discussions.
• Act as a recognised subject matter expert in Modern Workplace and AI technologies.
• Support the sales team during customer engagements and bid responses.
• Present solution demonstrations, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
• Work closely with Microsoft and partner communities to drive joint opportunities.

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping and growing Nostra's Modern Workplace and AI practice. You will lead a team of consultants and specialists, develop customer-focused AI and collaboration solutions, support business development efforts, and act as a trusted advisor to customers on their digital transformation journeys.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise across Microsoft 365 with consulting and leadership experience, a passion for AI innovation, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, deliver presentations, and represent Nostra at customer events and industry forums.

Nostra has offices in Dublin (HQ), Galway, Cork and Belfast.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Practice Development:

• Lead, mentor, and grow Nostra's Modern Workplace & AI team.

Pre-Sales & Business Development:

Oversee the Design and Delivery of Solutions Across:

Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Entra ID Azure AI and related Microsoft technologies.

Requirements:
