Job summary

Spanish Point Technologies is seeking a lead for the Modern Workplace team in Dublin to architect, develop, and consult on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle. You will work with the latest Microsoft AI tooling and Copilot Studio to deliver agile, scalable business solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in SharePoint/Power Platform development, a CS degree, strong leadership, and proven customer-facing consultancy experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years development experience in SharePoint or Power Platform.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in team-leading and managing developer and other IT professionals.
• Experience in customer-facing role including requirements-gathering, hosting workshops and other forms of consultancy.
• Experience in .NET, preferably using C#.
• Good communication skills and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SharePoint/M365 solutions through the full Software Development Lifecycle.
• Lead and manage developers and other IT professionals.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements, host workshops, and provide consultancy.
• Architect solutions using .NET/C# and Power Platform.

Job Overview

As a lead on our Modern Workplace team, you will use your experience in architecture, development and consultancy in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to deliver solutions and services, for our clients through the full Software Development Lifecycle. You will be using the latest versions of Microsoft’s AI Business Solution platform technologies for building these solutions. These technologies include .Net/C#, SharePoint/Office365, Power Platform and Copilot. As part of this challenging role, you will use your existing skills in delivering complex solutions and will have an opportunity to broaden your skills to other key Microsoft technologies including the above and more. You will be exposed to all aspects of solution delivery including business analysis, architecture, development, and training of end users. Custom low-code agent development in Copilot Studio also falls within the remit of the Modern Workplace practice, meaning you will be at the forefront of modern Microsoft AI Technology.

Job Requirements
