I'm currently partnering with a leading organisation within the pharmaceutical space in Ireland that is looking for an experienced Head of IT to lead technology-enabled change and digital transformation. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you'll have genuine ownership of technology strategy, business transformation and a varied portfolio of digital initiatives.

You'll lead an already high-performing team, bringing new ideas, improving processes and driving change across the organisation. You'll have the freedom and visibility to influence decisions, challenge existing ways of working and make a real impact.
