Job summary

Uniphar Group seeks a Head of IT for the Retail Division in Citywest, Ireland. Lead a major digital transformation (ERP, EPOS, O365 tenant consolidation) and drive ITIL-based service management, vendor relations, and budget oversight.

You will mentor staff, track KPIs, and align technology with divisional strategy. You will collaborate with global technology teams and architects to deliver reliable, scalable digital solutions across the retail ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS required; ITIL experience preferred.
• Experience leading IT in large, cross-functional environments.
• ERP and EPOS delivery across transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT Lead within a large digital transformation project (ERP, EPOS, O365).
• Develop, implement and manage ITIL processes for service management.
• Oversee vendor relationships and optimize service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and KPI tracking.
• Provide training and technical support to staff; manage incidents.
• Collaborate with group technology teams and architects on digital solutions.
• Monitor IT budgets, projects, and timelines from initiation to completion.
