Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is representing a PE-backed global business seeking a Head of FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis and performance reporting in a Dublin hybrid role. The successful candidate will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to drive planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making across the organisation.

You will shape financial insights, develop robust MI, and lead a high-impact FP&A function as the business continues to scale through acquisitions and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function across planning, budgeting and analysis.

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of FP&A will play a senior role within the finance function. The position will involve:

• FP&A Leadership - Taking a leading role across the organisation’s financial planning and analysis activities
• Planning & Forecasting - Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning processes
• Business Performance - Providing analysis and insight into financial and operational performance
• Senior Stakeholder Support - Working closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders across the organisation
• Commercial Analysis - Providing financial insight to support commercial and strategic decision-making
• Management Information - Supporting the delivery of high-quality financial information and analysis to senior leadership
• Finance Leadership - Playing an important role within the wider finance function and supporting the organisation’s financial objectives
